Harps Alive | Lunchtime Harp Recital with Tanya Houghton

On Saturday 15th June at 1.30pm, Reclaim the Enlightenment and Cruit Éireann | Harp Ireland will host a lunchtime harp recital with Tanya Houghton in First Presbyterian Church, Belfast as part of the Harps Alive | An Chruit Bheo | Harps Leevin festival 2024.

Having studied in Cambridge, London and Paris, Tanya Houghton has performed internationally as a harp player for orchestras, choirs, chamber groups and as a soloist. She has appeared on many recordings and broadcasts, accompanying choirs including the BBC Singers, the Bach choir and Clare College Cambridge. Orchestral work includes the OAE, CBSO, RTE orchestras and the Ulster Orchestra where she is the regular guest principal harp.
