Join William Jackson as he explores the connections between the Scottish and Irish harping traditions. Listen to some of the music attributed to the 17th century blind harpers Rory Dall Morrison of Scotland and Rory Dall O’Catháin of Ireland and learn about the intertwining of the two traditions.
This event will take place on Saturday 15th June at 11am in The Linen Hall Library. It is part of the Harps Alive | An Chruit Bheo | Harps Leevin festival 2024 from Reclaim the Enlightenment and Cruit Éireann | Harp Ireland.
